When we first tried to sell our home we contacted a very popular company that has a lot of bill boards around the valley. The Realtor was nice but not much was done to try to sell our home. We worked with Todd regarding the sale of a property in Phoenix recently and he provided service above and beyond expectations. Todd Heilesen was our seller's agent through our home selling process. He came highly recommended by a previous client and exhibiting a great deal of knowledge about West Valley real estate, thus becoming our top choice. Initially, we were disappointed to find that Todd was unavailable during the time we intended to sell, and we were forced to go with our back-up choice. Todd Heilesen did not know it but I was, for years, interviewing him and other realtors. I would periodically make contact with all those realtors with questions related to my neighborhood. I knew at some point I would be selling my Northwood Park Estates house. When that time came, I engaged Todd.
